Delivery Information

When you place an order on the site the price varies on the items weight and size, postage will automatically be calculted and added onto your order in the checkout page.

 

Refund Policy

All customers who have made a purchase have the right to Return their Broken/Faulty Product at their own Postal Cost within 14 days of Purchase. Proof of Purchase will be Required via Order Number and/or Postal Address. 

 

Right to Cancel/Amend Order.

All customers have the right to Cancel or Amend their order before it has been Dispatched. If the order has been dispatched and you need to cancel/amend your order please contact us via email at info@grassleaforiginal.co.uk to Return and Cancel your Order for a Full Refund and/or Extras.

 

Limitation of Liability

Grass Leaf Original Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Grass Leaf Original Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

Grass Leaf Original Ltd shall not be liable for any costs incurred by a Customer caused by a Delayed/Lost/Misrouted order. Grass Leaf Original Ltd is only Responsible for Shipping your Order. Once you Order has been shipped and tracking provided we can't be held responsible for any Delays/Lost/Misrouted Orders. If any of these things happen it is out of our control and we will contact the Courier on your behalf to rectify the problem.
